商法课程教学模式及范式的选择,应当突显商法学科的实用性品格及该学科逻辑体系的内在规律性。具体而言,我们应在重新审视商法教学现实状况的基础上,以商法案例教学的语境设计与分析为视角,拓宽视域、转换思路、更新方法,对商法课程教学范式做出科学、合理的安置,探寻如何在商法教学中形成系统、直观、立体的教育模式,如何培养学生的法律思维能力和社会实践能力,发掘案例教学在商法教学中的功能与地位,以实现商法教学向更高层次拓展。
