目的探讨小脑间位核GABA能系统对免疫功能的调节。方法大鼠小脑间位核内微量注射GABA转氨酶抑制剂氨己烯酸(VGB),瑞氏染色法检测外周血白细胞中淋巴细胞百分比的变化;四甲基偶氮唑(MTT)比色法测定淋巴细胞的增殖功能;绵羊红细胞腹腔免疫大鼠,酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清中抗绵羊红细胞IgM、IgG抗体的水平。结果大鼠双侧小脑间位核微量注射VGB后,与对照组相比,外周血白细胞中淋巴细胞百分比、T淋巴细胞对刀豆蛋白A诱导的增殖能力和血清中抗绵羊红细胞IgM、IgG抗体的水平均明显降低,而两对照组间(未处理对照组和生理盐水对照组)各项指标的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论大鼠小脑间位核GABA能系统参与对免疫功能的调节。
Objective To investigate the regulation of immune function by GABAergic system of intermediate nucleus. Methods VG (GABA transaminase inhibitor) was injected into the cerebellar interphalangeal nucleus. The percentage of lymphocytes in peripheral blood leukocytes was measured by Wright staining. The content of lymphocytes was determined by MTT assay The proliferation of lymphocytes was detected. The peritoneal immunization of sheep erythrocytes and the levels of anti-sheep IgM and IgG antibodies against sheep erythrocytes were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Compared with the control group, the percentage of lymphocytes in peripheral white blood cells, the proliferation ability of T lymphocytes induced by concanavalin A and the serum anti-sheep IgM and IgG antibodies (P> 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two control groups (untreated control group and saline control group) (P> 0.05). Conclusion The GABAergic system of the interphalangeal nucleus of rat cerebellum is involved in the regulation of immune function.
