英国当代作家温特森的《激情》(1987)是一部令人惊叹的作品,在继承传统文学作品特点的同时,几乎兼有所有后现代主义的元素和手法。空间理论作为20世纪末新兴的西方文艺理论批评方法,为我们提供了关照文学文本的全新视角。本文将以当代西方空间理论先驱亨利·列斐伏尔的空间理论为依托,透过三种空间(空间实践、表征空间和空间表征)摆动的辩证关系、小说人物与城市空间的互动,揭示出作品蕴含的颠覆规训的空间,重建主体意识的空间意义。
The passion (1987) of contemporary British writer Winterson is a stunning piece of work that, while inheriting the characteristics of traditional literary works, possesses almost all the elements and tactics of postmodernism.
