设备维修备件是设备正常维护检修和应急处理的保障性物资,是保障设备处于良好状态的重要因素。要对设备维修备件进行有效的分类管理,对备件库存存量进行科学设定,从而确定最小存量及订货存量。要明确订货存量的设定方法,通过备件返修、低成本备件替代、寻找兼容性产品、减少备件种类、避免爆仓、管理呆滞备件等方法进行成本优化管理,确保企业正常生产能力的发挥。
