目的观察牙种植中应用不同口腔修复膜材料引导骨再生的效果。方法选取本院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的92例行牙种植患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,钛膜修复膜材料40例患者设为对照组,海奥修复膜材料52例患者设为观察组,对两组修复成功率、成骨厚度、植骨高度及并发症情况进行比较。结果观察组牙种植修复成功50例,对照组修复成功31例,观察组修复成功率96.15%比对照组77.50%高(P<0.05);观察组成骨厚度(2.70±0.60)mm、植骨高度(2.68±0.62)mm均比对照组优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组修复后总并发症率比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙种植中应用海奥修复膜材料对引导患者骨再生具有显著效果,能够提高牙种植修复成功率与优化成骨厚度、植骨高度,并减少并发症发生,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To observe the effect of different oral repair materials used in dental implants on bone regeneration. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with dental implants admitted from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Forty patients with titanium membrane repair materials were selected as control group, and 52 patients with repaired membrane materials For the observation group, the success rate of repair, osteogenic thickness, bone height and complications were compared. Results In the observation group, 50 cases of dental implants were repaired successfully, 31 cases in the control group were successfully repaired, the success rate of repair in the observation group was 96.15%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The thickness of the bone in the observation group was 2.70 ± 0.60 mm, (2.68 ± 0.62) mm respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of HAO repair membrane in dental implants has a significant effect on guiding the regeneration of bone in patients. It can improve the successful rate of dental implants and optimize the bone thickness, height of bone graft and reduce the incidence of complications. It can be widely used in clinic.
