近些年来,博弈论在经济学中的地位成为争论激烈的一个话题。由于拍卖理论的主要结果是在将拍卖视作博弈的条件下得到的,因而对于拍卖理论本身也存在着这种争议。2000年,美国国家科学基金会在其50周年庆典上特别强调了美国联邦通信委员会(以下简称FCC)无线频谱许可证拍卖所取得的成功,以表明它支持类似博弈论这样的基础研究的态度。本文以FCC的频谱许可证拍卖为例,论述该案例中选择拍卖报价规则的思路;预防竞买人合谋串通的方法;反串谋规则中的收益和效率等问题,为我国的无线频谱许可证等公共产品进入国际领域提供一个可参照的、各方利益多赢的拍卖实例,与广大拍卖界同仁共同学习交流
In recent years, the position of game theory in economics has become a topic of intense debate. As the main result of auction theory is that the auction is treated as a game under the conditions obtained, so the auction theory itself there is such a controversy.
