结核性脑膜炎患者口服药物存在着困难,而制成利福平静脉注射液。作者对29例结核性脑膜炎病人按标准剂量进行治疗,其中成人18例(18～21岁),小儿11例(1～12岁)。利福平通过静脉内推注或静脉内滴注给药,并用INH和/或SM。利福平成人剂量每日为300～600mg,小儿剂量为15～30mg/Kg体重,连续用药31天。滴注后的头3小时,脑脊液(CSF)中的利福平浓度约为血浆的13%。疗效评价:27例有效,其中20例明显进步。29例中有4例出现副反应;
Tuberculosis meningitis in patients with oral medication difficulties, and made of rifampicin injection.
