由于全球能源和环保的要求,预燃室式火花点火天然气发动机近十年来得到迅速发展。在实验研究方面已经取得很大进展,但是在燃烧模型方面,目前尚未见到有报道。本文根据主、副燃烧室中气体流动过程的质量和能量的交换关系,建立了预燃室式火花点火天然气发动机的燃烧模型,根据实验结果,提出了缸内紊流强度的模拟方法和喷孔边界模型。台架试验结果表明,计算值与实验值吻合较好。为发动机燃烧过程分析、性能预测提供了一种有效的工具。
Due to the requirements of global energy and environmental protection, the pre-combustion chamber spark-ignition natural gas engine developed rapidly in recent ten years. Much progress has been made in experimental studies, but no reports have been reported on combustion models. In this paper, the combustion model of pre-combustion chamber spark ignition natural gas engine is established according to the exchange relationship between the mass and energy of the gas flow in the main and auxiliary combustion chambers. According to the experimental results, the simulation method of the turbulence intensity in the cylinder and the injection hole Boundary model. The bench test results show that the calculated value is in good agreement with the experimental value. For the engine combustion process analysis, performance prediction provides an effective tool.
