人类白细胞抗原(HLA)是参与机体免疫反应的重要分子,参与机体的抗原提呈,决定免疫细胞对肿瘤的识别杀伤.肺癌患者HLA分子表达异常是常见的肿瘤生物学现象,被认为是肿瘤免疫逃逸的重要原因.研究发现,不同类型的肺癌HLA分子表达的情况各不相同,同一型肺癌的不同阶段HLA分子的表达也有差异,HLA分子的表达异常与肺癌的类型、进展、预后都有密切的关系.深入研究HLA分子表达异常与肺癌的关系,以及HLA异常发生机制,对肺癌发生机制的研究和肿瘤免疫治疗提供重要的帮助.
