东南亚国家是21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线经过的重要国家,其森林可持续经营对整个海上丝绸之路国家之间的林业合作至关重要。本文在比较中国与柬埔寨、老挝、越南森林可持续经营政策法规,木材及林产品贸易、生态环境现状的基础上探讨中国如何根据各个国家之间的差异,形成产业互补,建立有效的林业合作机制,实现双方的互惠共赢,进而共同推进21世纪海上丝绸之路国家之间的森林的可持续经营与管理。
Southeast Asian countries are important countries along the Silk Road in the 21st century. Their sustainable forest management is of vital importance to the forestry cooperation among the entire maritime Silk Road countries. Based on the comparison of the policies and regulations on sustainable forest management in China, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, the trade in timber and forest products and the current state of ecological environment, this article explores how China can form a complementary industry and establish an effective forestry cooperation mechanism based on the differences among different countries So as to realize the mutual benefit and win-win situation of both sides so as to jointly promote the sustainable management and management of the forests between countries in the 21st century Maritime Silk Road.
