在现在的以德、智、体、美、劳全面发展为目标的教学体系下,学生的日常体育锻炼情况越来越受到关注。因此,也强调要培养学生终身的体育意识。希望能通过日常的锻炼,强健学生的体魄,也让学生了解更多与体育相关的锻炼内容。在体育意识培养这一条艰难的道路上,教师需要起客观的引导作用,必须让学生做出主观的了解与认识。学生自己主动地建立体育意识,这种意识才能是长久的。从三个方面进行了讲述:为什么要培养学生的体育意识,培养学生体育意识的现状,培养学生体育意识的方法。
Under the current teaching system aiming at the all-round development of virtue, intelligence, sports, beauty and labor, students are paying more and more attention to the daily physical training. Therefore, it is also emphasized that students should cultivate lifelong sports awareness. Hope that through daily exercise, strong students’ physique, but also allow students to understand more sports-related workout content. In the training of sports awareness on this difficult road, teachers need to play an objective guiding role, we must allow students to make subjective understanding and awareness. The students themselves take the initiative to build sports awareness, this awareness can be long-lasting. It tells from three aspects: why we should cultivate students’ sports awareness, cultivate students’ current situation of sports awareness and how to cultivate students’ sports awareness.
