目的研究基于计算机辅助的可视治疗目标(VTO)对正畸患者硬组织变化的预测的可信性。方法选择2005—2008年在佛山市口腔医院正畸科进行拔牙固定矫治的恒牙早期骨性Ⅰ类错患者50例,应用2008版数字化NemoCeph口腔头影测量分析软件获取预测的治疗后头影测量片(T1),并运用该软件对T1以及真实的治疗后头影测量片(T2)进行硬组织测量分析。结果牙性及骨性测量项目的预测值与真实值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于计算机辅助的VTO的预测结果与治疗后硬组织测量值基本一致,其对硬组织变化的预测是可信的。
Objective To investigate the reliability of computer-assisted visual therapy (VTO) predictions of changes in hard tissue in orthodontic patients. Methods Fifty patients with early skeletal Class Ⅰ malocclusion of permanent dentition fixed in orthodontics department of Foshan Stomatological Hospital from 2005 to 2008 were selected and the predicted post-treatment cephalometric measurement was obtained by using the 2008 version of NemoCeph Oral Cephalometric software (T1). The software was used to make hard tissue measurements of T1 and real post-treatment cephalometric (T2). Results There was no significant difference between the predicted value and the true value of the dental and bony measurement items (P> 0.05). Conclusions Computer-aided VTO predictions are consistent with measurements of hard tissue after treatment, and their predictions of hard tissue changes are plausible.
