通过多种类、多渠道真空标准之间的比对校准研究,建立了与其它标准实验室比对的联系网.采用电离规 DL-2和磁悬浮转子规 SRG-2两种传递规,首次实现了我们压缩式真空计标准与西德 PTB 膨胀式标准之间的国际比对,从而参加到国际计量局主持的以 PTB 为中心的“星型”结构模式的国际比对之中。通过磁悬浮转子规 CXG-1、SRS-2和 DL-2实现了我们实验室内部真空标准之间的比对校准研究,并以电容规 CHS310、HA390和 CXG-1通过真空量值的追溯性实现了与美国 NBS、国家计量院标准之间的比对。结果表明,我们的真空标准与国内外有关国家级标准的一致性较好。
Through the comparison and calibration research among many kinds of multi-channel vacuum standards, a network of comparison with other standard laboratories was established.It was the first time to realize the two kinds of transfer rules of ionization gauge DL-2 and SRG-2 International comparisons between our compressive vacuum gauge standards and the West German PTB inflated standards have thus taken part in an international comparison of PTB-centric “star” structures modeled by the International Bureau of Metrology. The calibration of calibration between our laboratory internal vacuum standards was achieved with maglev rotor gauges CXG-1, SRS-2 and DL-2 and was retrospectively achieved with vacuum gauges of capacitance gauges CHS310, HA390 and CXG-1 And the United States NBS, National Institute of Metrology comparison between standards. The results show that our vacuum standards and the relevant national standards at home and abroad better consistency.
