利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,考虑锈蚀和材性退化影响,分析非对称截面单阶柱承受低周反复荷载的性能,得到往复水平荷载下阶形柱破坏形态和滞回曲线的变化规律。研究表明:无锈蚀和翼缘锈蚀深度D≤6 mm时,阶形柱上柱柱底为抗震薄弱部位,应优化上、下柱连接区域的节点构造,减小刚度突变;有腹板参与的锈蚀形式,阶形柱的屈曲破坏部位随着D的增大由上柱柱底转移至下柱锈蚀区域,构件脆性破坏明显;考虑材性退化的承载力、刚度及耗能能力均较未考虑时降低,对翼缘和腹板同时锈蚀情况降低显著,在分析锈蚀构件的受力性能时应考虑材性退化的影响;因截面不对称、偏心荷载及P-Δ效应,3种锈蚀方式的滞回曲线明显不对称。
ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the influence of corrosion and material degradation on the behavior of single column under asymmetric cross section subjected to low cycle repeated loading. The variation of failure mode and hysteretic curve of stepped column under reciprocating horizontal load is obtained. The results show that when the corrosion depth is less than or equal to 6 mm and the depth of flange corrosion is less than or equal to 6 mm, the column bottom of the stepped column is a weak part of earthquake resistance. The joint structure of the upper and lower columns should be optimized to reduce the sudden change of stiffness. In the corroded form, the buckling damage of the stepped column shifts from the top of the column to the corrosion area of the lower column with the increase of D, and the brittle failure of the component is obvious. The bearing capacity, rigidity and energy dissipation capacity of considering degradation are less than those without considering The corrosion of the flanges and webs decreases significantly at the same time, and the material degradation should be taken into account when analyzing the mechanical properties of the corroded members. Due to the cross-section asymmetry, eccentric load and P-Δ effect, Hysteresis curve is obviously asymmetric.
