用传统的振动器成型一阶段管时,当振动器同时开动时,在管模表面产生一个动振衰减区和一个共振点。同时,因其分布杂乱而无法控制。因而混凝土混合物的坍落度低于规定值的比率竟达80~83.3%。用风动振动器使混凝土混合物特别是保护层混凝土不够密实,导致混合物的不均匀,保护层剥离、分层。为此,研制一台多向低频振动台,用来生产直径700~1600毫米的一阶段管(见下图)。
When a stage tube is formed using a conventional vibrator, when the vibrator is actuated at the same time, a dynamic vibration attenuation zone and a resonance point are generated on the surface of the tube die. At the same time, it cannot be controlled because of its disarray. Therefore, the ratio of slump of the concrete mixture below the specified value is as high as 80 to 83.3%. The use of a pneumatic vibrator makes the concrete mixture, especially the protective layer concrete, insufficiently dense, resulting in non-uniformity of the mixture and peeling and delamination of the protective layer. To this end, a multi-directional low-frequency shaker was developed for the production of a stage tube with a diameter of 700-1600 mm (see the figure below).
