用TEA CO_2脉冲激光器,研究了CF_2Cl_2+H_2体系在不同压力、不同比例、用不同材质与不同规格的反应池,不同激光功密及不同照射次数等条件下激光化学反应.根据实验结果,提出了反应模型,认为该反应是多光子吸收而活化的CF_2Cl_2分子与H_2碰撞的结果。在所有的情况下,H_2都参加了反应,主要产物是C_2F_4和HCl.观察到了反应伴随的可见发光现象,确定了发光与反应速度的关系和发光最强时CF_2Cl_2与H_2的比例范围,在产物C_2F_4中浓缩了~(13)C同位素,
With TEA CO_2 pulsed laser, the laser chemical reaction of CF_2Cl_2 + H_2 system under different pressures, different ratios, different materials and different sizes of reaction cells, different laser powers and different irradiation times was studied. According to the experimental results, Reaction model, that the reaction is multiphoton absorption and activation of CF_2Cl_2 molecules and H_2 collision results.
