硫钼矿在矿石中的品位往往比最具有工业意义的辉钼矿还高。但硫钼矿系非品质矿物,以胶状集合体产出,粒度微小,而且在单矿物中的钼含量仅为15~20%。因此,用一般选矿方法不能获取合格精矿。然而硫钼矿常与多种有用金属矿物共生,尤其是铀、钼常在同一地质环境内出现,在内生条件下形成铀钼矿床。所以,在其提铀过程中考虑综合回收钼是具有现实意义的。本文就某地三个矿区四个含铀硫钼矿矿样的综合回收工艺进行了探讨。试样的物质成分列于表1。
Sulfur molybdenum ore in the grade is often higher than the most industrially molybdenite. However, the non-quality minerals of the molybdenum and sulfur molybdenum series are produced as colloidal aggregates with small particle size, and the content of molybdenum in single minerals is only 15-20%. Therefore, with the general beneficiation method can not get qualified concentrate. However, sulfur molybdenum ore is often symbiotic with many useful metallic minerals, especially uranium and molybdenum, which often occur within the same geological environment and form uranium-molybdenum deposits under endogenous conditions. Therefore, considering the comprehensive recovery of molybdenum in its uranium enrichment process is of practical significance. This article discusses the comprehensive recovery of four uranium-bearing molybdenum ore ore samples from three mines in a certain area. The material composition of the sample is shown in Table 1.
