一、精心设置多种岗位,树立学生主人翁意识班级常规管理是一项整体的育人工程。把学生的积极因素调动起来,才能形成合力,共同构筑学生自我管理机制,每个学生都能成为班集体的主人。因此,笔者借鉴了教育家魏书生老师的成功教育经验,让每一个学生都参与到班级管理行列中来,让班级内事事有人管,事事有人说,人人都是主人。学生对于这样的管理方式也非常地赞同,他们非常乐意去做好自己分内的事。新学年开始时,笔者通过一段时间的观察和民主选举,
