目的了解和掌握天津市和平区各级医疗机构手术室的消毒灭菌质量现状和医院感染管理水平,找出存在的问题,提出改进管理的措施,为制定防制对策提供依据。方法采用现场抽样方法对和平区共21所各级医疗机构的手术室进行监测与调查。结果 2007—2011年,紫外线灯、使用中消毒剂、物体表面、医护人员手、Ⅰ、Ⅱ类环境空气监测合格率分别为86.4%、100.0%、100.0%、95.1%、93.4%、94.9%。结论该区近5 a手术室消毒灭菌质量较好,但医疗机构的紫外线灯、医护人员手和室内空气的消毒质量还应重点关注,必须改善和提高。
Objective To understand and master the status of disinfection and sterilization in the operating room of medical institutions at all levels in Heping District of Tianjin and the level of hospital infection management and to find out the existing problems and propose measures to improve management so as to provide the basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods A total of 21 operating rooms of medical institutions at all levels in Heping District were monitored and surveyed by field sampling method. Results From 2007 to 2011, the qualified rate of ambient air monitoring for UV lamp, disinfectant used, surface of the object and medical staff were respectively 86.4%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 95.1%, 93.4% and 94.9%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization in the operating room in this area is good in recent 5 years. However, the disinfection quality of ultraviolet light, medical staff and indoor air in medical institutions should be paid more attention and must be improved and improved.
