研究了 pH、温度对 SSMA(磺化苯乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐共聚物钠盐)在钙(土般)土上吸附的影响。其饱和吸附量随 pH 的升高而减少,在 pH8有一极小值;吸附量随温度升高而增大,吸附为放热过程。研究了不同 pH 下 SSMA 对(土般)土泥浆和 HPAM -(土般)土泥浆的稀释作用,认为对 HPAM-(土般)土泥浆的稀释作用来自两部分贡献:(1)SSAM 在(土般)土边面上的吸附;(2)SSMA 与吸附的 HPAM 形成聚合物络合物。形成聚合物络合物,一方面使 HPAM 在(土般)土上吸附的个别链节脱落下来,削弱体系的结构,另一方面减弱 HPAM 大分子之间的作用,使 HPAM-(土般)土结构紧缩,放出自由水,导致表观粘度降低。
The effects of pH and temperature on the adsorption of SSMA (sulfonated styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer sodium salt) on calcium (earth) soil were investigated. The saturated adsorption decreases with the increase of pH, and has a minimum value at pH 8. The adsorption capacity increases with the increase of temperature, and the adsorption is an exothermic process. The dilution effect of SSMA on (soil) soil mud and HPAM - (earth) soil mud at different pH was studied. It is considered that the dilution effect on HPAM - (earth) soil mud comes from two parts: (1) Soil-like) adsorption on the soil edge; (2) SSMA forms a polymer complex with the adsorbed HPAM. The formation of polymer complexes, on the one hand HPAM (soil) soil adsorption of individual individual links off, weakening the structure of the system, on the other hand weakened HPAM macromolecules between the role of HPAM - (soil) Tight earth structure, releasing free water, resulting in lower apparent viscosity.
