我们通过观察、统计和分析,发现冲天炉熔化过程有两个主要现象: 1.当焦铁比大致保持不变时,冬春季节熔化的铁水温度高于夏秋季节的铁水温度,且相差较大。当气候变化,引起空气中的含水蒸汽量骤然变化时,铁水温度的高低差甚为明显; 2.与铁水质量有关的缺陷,如气孔、夹渣、冷隔等,冬春季节时浇的铸件比夏秋季节时浇的铸件大为减少。多年观察表明:当配料、原材料质量、熔化操作、造型工艺等没有大的变化时,各种类型铸造缺陷出现的时期,每年大致相近,形成以年为周期的变
Through observation, statistics and analysis, we found that there are two main phenomena in cupola melting process: 1.
