活动房自动调平系统是以STM32单片机作为控制器,双轴倾角传感器读取平台的倾角,8路继电器控制器模块控制支撑腿动作、触摸屏进行显示和操作外加1套液压执行机构等配合完成。本文围绕平台支撑和驱动方式,设计系统硬件和调平算法这三个方面进行阐述,结果表明采用液压式四点支撑追逐式循环多次调平法是合理有效的。
Automatic room leveling system is based on STM32 microcontroller as a controller, biaxial tilt sensor reading platform tilt, 8 relay controller module control support leg movements, touch screen display and operation plus a set of hydraulic actuators with the completion. This article elaborates on the three aspects of platform support and drive, design of system hardware and leveling algorithm. The results show that it is reasonable and effective to adopt the hydraulic four-point support chasing cycle multiple leveling.
