广东省糖厂继81/82年榨季在鱼窝头、石歧糖厂开展甘蔗按质论价试验的基础上,本榨季参加试验的厂增加到6间。试验有用连续采初压汁样分析、采小样榨汁分析锤度和转光度、以及钻汁检测锤度等方式检测甘蔗蔗糖份。各厂通过上述测定的甘蔗蔗糖份与生产实绩对比,准确度达99.88～99.97%,符合检定标准要求。试验收集到了不少宝贵的数据,同时各厂把试验所得的有关甘蔗品种的资料和数据,用以指导蔗农进行
