作为国有企业后勤保障单位从其传统的后勤服务模式向专业化管理服务模式转型,是加快推动国有企业后勤系统产业化、市场化、社会化改革,分离企业办社会职能,增强自身竞争力的战略选择。国有企业要想成功进行后勤体制改革,使之成为独立核算、自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展的经济实体,融入社会第三产业,达到让更多社会企业参与后勤服务与建设目的,必须对国企后勤改革有一个明确定位,理清发展思路,增强造血功能,让后勤服务产业真正成为企业新的经济增长点。
