对西安医科大学第一附院儿科1975～1989年收治的经病理或细胞学确诊的45例小儿淋巴瘤中误诊30例进行了临床分析,总结了早期误诊原因,并提出要重视恶性淋巴瘤的早期诊治,以改善其预后。
