目的探讨表观扩散系数(ADC)值测量对非哺乳期乳腺炎和乳腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的16例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者和18例乳腺癌患者的MRI、DWI表现,并测量ADC值,取对侧乳腺对应部位正常腺体ADC值作为对照组。DWI采用单次激发的平面回波(EPI)序列,b值为0 s/mm2和800 s/mm2。结果非哺乳期乳腺炎、乳腺癌和正常乳腺组织的ADC值分别为(1.44±0.51)×10-3mm2/s、(1.08±0.27)×10-3mm2/s、(1.73±0.23)×10-3mm2/s,组间差异有统计学意义(F=48.023 P=0.00),组间两两比较,各组间均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ADC值测量对非哺乳期乳腺炎和乳腺癌有重要的鉴别诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the differential diagnostic value of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) measurement in non-lactating mastitis and breast cancer. Methods The MRI and DWI manifestations of 16 cases of non-lactating mastitis and 18 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The ADC value was measured and the normal gland ADC value of the corresponding part of the contralateral breast was taken as the control group. DWI uses a single-shot planar echo (EPI) sequence with b values of 0 s / mm2 and 800 s / mm2. Results The ADC values of non-lactating mastitis, breast cancer and normal breast tissues were (1.44 ± 0.51) × 10-3mm2 / s, (1.08 ± 0.27) × 10-3mm2 / s and (1.73 ± 0.23) × 10- 3mm2 / s. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (F = 48.023 P = 0.00). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion ADC value measurement has important differential diagnostic value for non-lactating mastitis and breast cancer.
