板形方程是冷连轧过程的基本方程之一,但目前尚没有精确的定量表达式。本文在全面分析轧辊弹性变形的基础上,导出了板形方程的定量表达式: a+βPc+γPe+δFw-(hc-he)/2=0讨论了系数a、β、γ、δ的物理意义,给出了它们的确定方法。板形方程可以用于冷连轧机综合特性分析、最佳弯辊力直接计算、轧辊凸度估计和最佳弯辊力在线自适应修正计算。作为应用的一例,给出了最佳弯辊力的直接算法。这种方法计算简单,结果准确。
Form factor equation is one of the basic equations of cold tandem rolling process, but there is no precise quantitative expression.
