近年来,随着人们环保意识的加强,以及对生活用水的水质要求不断提高,旧时雨污水合流排放所造成的污染,显然已不符合现代社会节能减排和环保要求。因此越来越多的城市开始实行雨污水分流改造施工,在污水管道改造施工中如遇到大河流或特殊施工情况时,如何以曲线顶管方式穿越大河流将成为一个施工技术难题。本文以2005年苏州水务投资发展公司实施的苏州312国道污水管改造下穿外唐河段顶管工程为列,阐述了DN1200钢管曲线顶管的施工技术。
In recent years, with the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection and the continuous improvement of the water quality of domestic water, the pollution caused by the combined discharge of rainwater and sewage in the past has apparently not met the requirements of energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection in modern society. Therefore, more and more cities begin to carry out construction of diversion of rainwater and sewage. In the case of large rivers or special construction in sewage pipeline reconstruction construction, how to cross large rivers by curved pipe jacking will become a construction technical problem. In this paper, Suzhou Water Investment Development Corporation in Suzhou 312 State Sewage Pipe under the transformation of the outer Tangxia pipe jacking project as a column, described DN1200 steel pipe jacking pipe construction technology.
