1目的 探讨白血病细胞多药耐药 (MDR)基因表达与化疗效果的关系。 2方法 应用 MRK- 16和C1 2 9单克隆抗体对 2 0例急性髓细胞性白血病 (AML)进行了流式细胞术、细胞免疫化学、多聚酶链反应检查 ,并行细胞遗传学分析。 3结果 18例初、复诊病人均有 MDR表达 ,但 MDR表达与完全缓解 (CR)率无线性关系 ,化疗未完全缓解者 CD+ 3 4细胞增多。 4结论 MDR基因表达难估 AML 预后 ,CD+ 3 4细胞可作为 AML 预后的指标
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of multidrug resistance (MDR) gene and the effect of chemotherapy in leukemia cells. 2. Methods Flow cytometry, cellular immunochemistry, and polymerase chain reaction tests were performed on 20 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients using MRK-16 and C1 2 9 monoclonal antibodies, followed by cytogenetic analysis. 3 Results MDR expression was found in 18 cases of primary and secondary patients, but there was no relationship between MDR expression and complete remission (CR) rate, and there was an increase in CD+ 34 cells in patients who did not respond completely to chemotherapy. 4 Conclusion MDR gene expression is difficult to estimate AML prognosis, CD + 34 cells can be used as indicators of AML prognosis
