通过室内好气培养试验,研究了短期内添加不同有机物料对黑土氮素转化的影响。结果表明,与对照处理相比,添加2%和4%猪粪显著提高了土壤的铵态氮和硝态氮含量,猪粪添加量越高,土壤无机氮含量越高,且随着培养的进行逐渐上升。而添加2%和4%秸秆显著降低了土壤的铵态氮和硝态氮含量,秸秆添加量越高,土壤无机氮含量越低,且随着培养的进行逐渐下降。添加猪粪显著增加了土壤的净氮矿化量,而添加秸秆显著降低了土壤净氮矿化量,使无机氮发生了固定。有机物料氮矿化残留率随添加量的增加而增大,培养7天后猪粪有机氮的分解残留率要远小于秸秆。由此可见,有机物料对黑土氮素转化的影响因其种类和施用量的不同而异,实际农业生产中应合理施用。
The indoor aerobic culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of adding different organic materials on the nitrogen transformation of black soil in a short period of time. The results showed that compared with the control, the addition of 2% and 4% pig manure significantly increased the contents of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in the soil. The higher the pig manure addition, the higher the soil inorganic nitrogen. To gradually increase. However, the addition of 2% and 4% straw significantly reduced the contents of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in soil. The higher the straw addition, the lower the content of inorganic nitrogen in soil, and decreased gradually with the increasing of straw. Adding pig manure significantly increased soil net nitrogen mineralization, while adding straw significantly reduced the amount of net nitrogen mineralization, making inorganic nitrogen fixed. The residual rate of nitrogen mineralization of organic materials increased with the increase of added amount, and the decomposition residual rate of organic nitrogen in pig manure was far less than that of straw after 7 days of cultivation. Thus, the impact of organic materials on nitrogen conversion in black soil varies with the species and amount of application, the actual agricultural production should be reasonable to use.
