以电炉实用结构为物理模型,讨论了三相电极的极距与电炉效率的关系,并通过模拟实验求得能提高效率的最佳极距。这样得到的最佳极距与实际工程数据基本符合,可供设计者参考。
Taking the practical structure of the electric furnace as a physical model, the relationship between the pole pitch of the three-phase electrode and the electric furnace efficiency was discussed. The optimum pole pitch to improve the efficiency was obtained through simulation experiments. The best pole distance thus obtained is basically in line with the actual engineering data for reference by the designer.
