以人民满意作为铁路发展的标尺,努力提升人民群众对铁路工作的满意度,这是在“十二五”开局之年大背景下,铁道部党组提出的推进铁路又好又快发展的重大战略指导思想和现实任务,也是对党中央和全国人民作出的重大承诺。铁路各级组织和干部职工认真学习、深刻领会和贯彻落实这一重大战略指导思想,就要充分认识以人民满意为标尺,努力提升人民群众对铁路工作满意度的重要性和迫切性,正确把握工作的根本点和着力点,找准落实的正确途径。
