中国花卉盆景协会成立大会于1981年12月1日～4日在北京香山召开。正式代表和列席会议的代表共74人。 筹备组负责人汪菊渊同志致开幕词,农业部副部长杜子端同志作了重要讲话。农学会副秘书长庞尔东同志及中国园艺学会副理事长朱明凯同志致贺词。 会议分北方、华东、南方三组进行讨论和大会交流。代表们围绕着花卉盆景生产、科研、外贸出口情况等进行了详细的汇报,对协会章程作了认真的讨论等。 代表们通过讨论,认清了目前成立花卉盆景协会的形势大好,条件已经成熟。各地群众性的协会纷纷成立起来,开展了许多普及花卉盆景知识的展览、讲座活动。这次中国花卉、盆景协会的成立,可以使我国花卉、盆景事业的发展有了统一的指导和组织。 代表大会一致通过了中国花卉、盆景协会章程,同时选出了杜子端、汪菊渊等25名同志为中国花卉、盆景协会的理事。另保留二名台湾省理事名额。
China Flower Bonsai Association was established on December 1, 1981 to 4, held in Beijing Xiangshan. Officials and representatives to attend the meeting a total of 74 people. Comrade Wang Juyuan, head of the preparatory team, delivered an opening speech. Comrade Du Zitun, Vice Minister of Agriculture, made an important speech. Comrade Zhu Rongkai, Deputy Secretary General of Agricultural Society, and Comrade Zhu Mingkai, Vice President of Chinese Society of Horticulture. Meetings in North, East, South three groups to discuss and exchange. Delegates around the flowers bonsai production, research, export and other trade conducted a detailed report on the association constitution made a serious discussion. Through the discussion, the deputies got a clear understanding of the current situation in setting up the Flower Bonsai Association and the conditions are ripe. Massive associations all over the country have set up and carried out many exhibitions and lectures that popularize the knowledge of flower bonsai. The establishment of this association of flowers and bonsai in China has given unified guidance and organization to the development of flowers and bonsai in China. The Congress unanimously adopted the charter of the Association of Chinese Flowers and Bonsai, and elected 25 comrades like Du Ziduan and Wang Juyuan as directors of the Association of Chinese Flowers and Bonsai. Another reserved two Taiwanese governor places.
