氯离子侵蚀是造成海洋环境中混凝土结构耐久性问题的主要原因。从分析氯离子侵入混凝土并诱发钢筋锈蚀的过程和机理出发,指出提高海洋环境中混凝土结构的耐久性需要从增强混凝土结构的抗渗透能力、阻隔混凝土表面与侵蚀介质的接触以及提高钢筋抗锈蚀能力三方面入手,在此基础上归纳总结了提高混凝结构耐久性方法的理论基础和关键技术。此外,还介绍了受氯盐侵蚀的既有混凝土结构的治理方法。
Chloride erosion is the main cause of durability problems in concrete structures in the marine environment. Based on the analysis of the process and mechanism of chloride ions intruding into concrete and inducing corrosion of steel bars, it is pointed out that enhancing the durability of concrete structures in the marine environment requires improving the anti-infiltration capacity of concrete structures, blocking the contact of concrete surfaces with aggressive media and enhancing the corrosion resistance of steel bars On the basis of this, the theoretical basis and key technologies for improving the durability of concrete structures are summarized. In addition, the treatment method of existing concrete structures affected by chloride salt is introduced.
