岱庙天贶殿壁画具有极高的历史、艺术和科学价值。但由于自然和人为等因素的影响,壁画出现了颜料层起甲、地仗酥碱、空鼓、裂隙等多种病害。为对壁画规范科学地实施保护,修复前,要做好全方位高精度信息采集工作,分析病害原因,为科学保护修复提供依据。修复中,要坚持文物保护法原则,精心施工,对各种病害进行全面彻底修复,使壁画保持历史风貌。修复后,要加强日常监测和管护。
