木条菌种,是笔者集百家之长试验成功的一种适应性广、简便易行、经济有效的固体菌种。本文主要介绍其制种技术及使用结果。 (一)菌袋选择 制作木条栽培种,应选耐高温、高压的聚乙烯菌袋,直径12～17cm,长度与栽培袋相同。木条长度应短于栽培袋装料的高度2～3cm。供浅袋或瓶栽的栽培种,可选用无色透明的罐头瓶或广口瓶,木条长度不超过瓶肩。 (二)制作木条 ①选材:选直径5～15cm木纹正直的阔叶树种,在落叶后萌芽前砍伐,也可用杂木加工后的边材,含油脂的树种经脱脂也可用,竹子也是一种好材料。②加工木条:先将木材锯成0.5cm厚的板,再把板重叠锯口与原锯口垂直,锯成0.5cm见方的木条,按所需长度截断,随锯末一起晒干备用。 (三)制作菌种 ①配料:先将木条用1％红糖水(水∶木条=2∶1)浸14小时,再与干木条重量3％的锯末、桔秆粉10％、麸皮8％、石膏1.5％、生石灰1％充分混合,用浸泡木条的水拌湿至含水量60％～65％。②装袋:以袋直径17cm为例:每袋可装木条630～650根。先铺一层木条撒少许配料,两端用胶圈扎紧
