由西北工业大学与四川省电子计算机应用研究中心共同开发的四川省“七·五”重大科技攻关项目“机器设备状态监测与故障诊断网络系统”,经过一年半的实际使用,于1月3日通过了省科委主持的技术鉴定。 该系统首次在状态监测与故障诊断领域采用工业局部网络。整个系统由主控制机(286 386 486微机工程工作站)MD39051动态及瞬态数据管理器,MD39052过程数据管理器,MD39053传感器控制站,MD39054传感器工作站,MD9503便携式数据采集器,MD9505便携式旋转机械故障诊断仪等组成。各数据管理器、便携式仪器等都采用自行研制的ASIC专用网络控制芯片构成网络传输控制模块,以形成统一的网络系统。

Each data manager, portable instrument and so on are used to develop their own ASIC ASIC controller network transmission control module to form a unified network system.
