种植义齿因其舒适美观、咀嚼功能恢复良好以及能够避免或减少天然牙的磨除,越来越多地应用于临床。钛基种植体与周围组织形成良好的骨性愈合即骨整合是种植义齿临床成功的关键。尽快达到良好的骨整合,对于实现种植体的早期负载甚至即刻负载和长期稳定十分重要。种植体表面生物化学修饰改性是提高骨整合的重要途径,各种活性肽/蛋白因其确切的成骨效果,近年来一直是国内外材料专家种植体表面修饰的研究热点。本文就种植体表面活性肽/蛋白修饰的研究进展作一综述。
Implant prosthesis for its comfort and beauty, chewing function to restore good and can avoid or reduce the removal of natural teeth, more and more used in clinical. Titanium-based implants with the surrounding tissue to form a good bone healing that is the key to the clinical success of implant dentures. Achieving good osseointegration as soon as possible is important for early loading of implant, even immediate loading and long-term stability. Biodegradable modification of implant surface is an important way to improve osseointegration. Various kinds of active peptides / proteins have been the research hotspot of surface modification of implant material experts at home and abroad for their exact osteogenesis effect. This article reviews the research progress of implant surface active peptides / protein modification.
