针对棒材试样加工易造成拉伸试样和冲击试样混淆的现状,设计开发了棒材拉伸与冲击试样一体加工的车铣复合机床,该车铣复合加工技术成功设计并应用在棒材拉伸与冲击试样领域,显著提高了试样加工领域专用机床的整体制造水平和自主研发能力。简要介绍了该机床的设计思路及主要特点,并指出了下一步需要改进的问题。
Aiming at the current situation that the sample processing of the bar can easily lead to the confusion between the tensile specimen and the impact specimen, a lathe milling machine is designed and developed which is integrated with the tensile and impact specimen of the bar. The lathe milling and compounding processing technology has been successfully designed and applied Bar tensile and impact specimen areas, significantly increased the sample processing area dedicated machine tool manufacturing level and independent research and development capabilities. The design idea and main characteristics of the machine tool are briefly introduced, and the problems that need to be improved in the next step are pointed out.
