1989年7月下旬至8月上旬的异常低温对8 月中旬前后抽穗的NPGMR的育性产生了不同程度的影响。利用这种自然长日照低温条件,对同期抽穗的31005S、W7415S,农垦58S等5个类型不育系的育性进行了鉴定。新育成的中粳型光放系31005S539株不育株率100%,147株套袋自交小穗不育度达99.99%,花粉败育率为99.02%,与晚粳型的原始农垦58S相当。因此初步认为31005S具有育性表达对低温反应不敏感的特点。由于其在短日照季节割蔸再生的自然结实率可达33.12%,表明其育性转换明显。
The abnormal low temperature from late July to early August 1989 affected the fertility of NPGMRs heading around mid-August. The natural long-day low-temperature conditions were used to identify the fertility of five types of CMS lines, 31005S, W7415S and Nongken 58S. The newly-bred japonica photoperiod 31005S539 strain was 100% sterile, the 147-bagged selfing spikelet had a sterility of 99.99% and the pollen abortion rate was 99.02% The original Nongken 58S quite. So it is preliminarily thought that 31005S has the characteristics that fertility expression is insensitive to hypothermia. Natural regeneration rate of 33.12% due to its cutting and regeneration in the short sunshine season, indicating that its fertility conversion significantly.
