基于离轴郎奇法的检测原理,通过计算机模拟,分析了点光源的位置误差、光栅和标定靶面的位置和倾斜角度误差以及摄像机标定过程引入的误差对待测面形重建精度的影响,数值结果表明点光源的位置误差以及光栅的位置和倾斜角度误差对离轴郎奇法的检测精度有着较大的影响。此外,对不同非球面面形的离轴郎奇法检测精度进行了比较,结果表明离轴郎奇法检测椭球面和抛物面的精度高于检测双曲面。离轴郎奇法检测非球面的误差分析可以有效地指导离轴郎奇法检测过程中的误差管控,从而提高其实际检测非球面的精度。
Based on the detection principle of off-axis Langqi method, the position error of point light source, the position and tilt angle errors of the grating and the calibration target surface and the errors introduced by the camera calibration process are analyzed by computer simulation. In addition, the accuracy of the off-axis Langqi method for different aspherical surfaces is compared. The results show that the accuracy of off-axis Langqi method for detecting ellipsoid and paraboloid is higher than the detection hyperboloid. The error analysis of off-axis Langqi method to detect aspheric surface can effectively guide the error control in the off-axis Langqi method, so as to improve the accuracy of detecting aspheric surface.
