本文从几个历史时期介绍中国基督教圣诗的发展概况,着重介绍基督教新教的圣诗。从中国基督教圣诗发展的几个时期来看,初期外国传教士来华传扬基督教时,也将西洋文化灌入中国人的思想,给中国人所唱的圣诗都是西方译品,而且与中国的固有传统文化相冲突,以致中国人把基督教视为“洋教”。此后,对于怎样用中国自己的音乐来表达基督教徒真实的宗教情感,中国人做了很多的尝试,走了一条圣诗本色化的道路。 This article introduces the general situation of Chinese Christian hymns from several historical periods and focuses on the introduction of Christian hymns. In the light of the development of Christian hymns in China, when foreign missionaries came to China to preach Christianity in the early days, they also poured Western culture into the Chinese thinking. The hymns sung to the Chinese were all Western translations, China’s inherent traditional culture is in conflict, so that Chinese people regard Christianity as a “foreign religion.” Since then, the Chinese have done a great deal of experimentation on how to use their own music in China to express the true religious sentiment of Christians, and have embarked on a road of hymnization of hymns.
