利用纤维素琼脂选择培养基和刚果红染色方法,从常年堆放的水稻秸秆垛下面的新鲜土壤及腐烂秸秆中筛选分离获得一株具有较高纤维素酶活菌株,经培养特征观察和16S rRNA序列分析鉴定为链霉菌C-5。该菌株同时具有一定的漆酶、过氧化物酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶活性,并且能在30 d内使水稻秸秆的干物质失重率达72%以上,具有很好的水稻秸秆降解能力,对提高水稻秸秆的资源利用率有良好的应用前景。
