预应力混凝土刚性防水屋面(简称预应力刚性屋面)是南昌铁路分局建筑段在房屋大修中,为解决平屋面的渗漏问题,经多年研究而提出的一种新型的防水屋面。为解决平屋面的渗漏问题,在分析普通刚性屋面渗漏原因的基础上,提出采用预应力刚性屋面的设想,解决了在屋面上张拉钢丝的施工机具问题,取得了预应力刚性屋面在构造设计、施工工艺和材料选择等方面的初步经验。五年来大面积工程实践表明,这种防水屋面的技术经济效果比较好。这种屋面材料省、造价低、防水性能较好,所需设备不多,施工也并不十分复杂,因而是一种具有发展前途的新型防水屋面。
Prestressed concrete rigid waterproof roof (abbreviated as prestressed rigid roof) is a new type of waterproof roof that has been proposed for many years in order to solve the leakage problem of flat roof in the building section of Nanchang Railway Branch. This kind of roofing material has low cost, good waterproof performance, little equipment needed, and the construction is not very complicated. Therefore it is a new type of waterproof roof with promising development.
