The international financial crisis led to the prevalence of trade protectionism, and the major countries in the world turned to the intraregional trade in turn. The advantages of market size, large scale and great potential of major powers have laid the foundation for their development of inter-regional trade and the reduction of dependence on foreign trade, but are also constrained by traditional inertia, power organizations and local protectionism. Government intervention is the key to smoothly promoting interregional trade. The big powers have the responsibility to guide the construction of the domestic market and play an active role in transforming the functions of the government, regulating the domestic market and expanding domestic demand.
