具有优异电声特性的磁带无不以磁层中磁粉的高填充密度为特征。在兼顾磁带机械性能的条件下,尽可能提高磁层中磁粉的体积填充Vp(或体积填充率)是改善提高磁带电声特性的根本途径。本文借助理想化磁层结构模型,导出了磁层中临界磁粉体积密度的最大值——最佳临界磁粉体积填充密度Vpc(o)计算公式,并就影响磁层实际临界磁粉体积填充密度Vpc(p)的因素进行了初步探讨。
Tapes with excellent electroacoustic characteristics are all characterized by a high packing density of the magnetic powder in the magnetic layer. Taking into account the mechanical properties of the tape, it is an essential way to improve the electro-acoustic properties of the tape that the Vp (or the volume filling rate) of the magnetic powder in the magnetic layer is increased as much as possible. In this paper, with the help of the idealized magnetic layer structure model, the maximum critical volume density of magnetic powder in the magnetic layer, Vpc (o), is derived, and the influence of the critical magnetic particle volume density Vpc p) factors were discussed.
