Microvessel diameter and density are two important parameters of microcirculation research. The diameters and densities of the microcapsules reflect the exchange area of the circulating fluid with the tissues and cells in varying degrees, which in turn reflects the functional status of the circulating material exchange. Quantitative analysis of microvessels is the basis for the study of the laws of micro-circulation dynamics and regulation mechanisms. At present, commonly used
