本文介绍了用“计算法”对莫尔条纹信号进行细分的原理,给出了计算细分值的表达式。在此基础上将 TP801单板机应用于二十位绝对式光电轴角编码器(分辨率为1.24″),完成光电轴角信号的细分、码制变换、校正和译码显示任务,较详细地介绍了以 TP801单板机为核心,对光电轴角信号进行实时采集与处理系统的组成,工作原理以及 TP801单板机的工作程序。
This paper introduces the principle of subdivision of moiré fringe signal by “calculation method”, and gives the expression of calculating subdivision value. On this basis, the TP801 single-board machine is applied to twenty absolute photoelectric shaft encoders with a resolution of 1.24 ", and the tasks of subdivision, code conversion, correction and decoding of the optical axis angle signals are completed. In this paper, the composition, working principle and operating procedure of TP801 single-board computer are introduced in detail based on the TP801 single-board computer as the core, real-time optical axis angle signal acquisition and processing system.
