中华按蚊是广布我国的蚊种,是疟疾和马来丝虫病的媒介。研究中华按蚊的生活周期,观察生命表特征,对制定合理的防制措施,有其理论意义。材料和方法以实验室第19代中华按蚊(福州株)为材料,在26±1℃、RH75～80％条件下观察。投卵于盛有脱氯自来水的面盆中,孵化后将幼虫移至瓷盆饲养,化蛹后吸入小酒杯,放入蚊笼,逐日记录孵化
Anopheles sinensis is widely distributed in China’s mosquito species, malaria and malayian filariasis vector. Studying the life cycle of Anopheles sinensis and observing the life table characteristics have their theoretical significance in formulating reasonable control measures. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Anopheles sinensis (Fuzhou strain) was used in the laboratory for the observation at 26 ± 1 ℃ and RH75 ~ 80%. Eggs were placed in a basin containing dechlorinated tap water. After hatching, the larvae were moved to a porcelain basin for feeding. After pupation, small glasses were sucked into mosquitoes and hatched daily
