一、试验方法(一)水样处理1.取水样,充分摇匀后分成若干份,一份不加杀菌剂,以统计水样中各类细菌的原有菌数,其余几份分到加入 G—4及不同方法合成的各种杀菌剂。杀菌剂的作用浓度均为100PPM。2.水样经杀菌剂处理二小时后,分别作适当的稀释,稀释过程如下:(1)用无菌移液管吸取水样1 ml,移于9 ml 无菌水中,为10~(-1)稀释度,充分摇匀。(2)取10~(-1)稀释液1ml 移于另外9ml 无菌水中,为10~(-2)稀释度,充分摇匀。
